In may we have purchased panasonic alkaline water purifier from reliance retail,.phoenix mall, kurla.alkaline water is good for cancer patients and my 5 years daughter was diagnosed leukemia then so we bought this purifier.at the time of installation the technician didnt bring the ph meter to check the ph of water, he told us that they dont have it. We were very busy with the treatment and didnt check the ph immediately as v trusted the company. But in september we got ph paper and found that the water is normal and not alkaline. We were shocked and from then we are chasing both panasonic and reliance retailer personnel. Panasonic technicians visited us and agreed that water is not alkaine as they say. But later nothing happened. Till date we are chasing them. Today also when I called them they give excuses and question me that now its late and bla bla. These people are making our life difficult. Please look into this matter. We want refund of full amount and compensation as well. Beacause of these people we could not give our daughter alkaline water that could have helped her.no amount can actually compensate the damage they have done, but I want a cimpensation so that these people can learn a lesson that consumers r not fool people.
