my trabsactions were declined from bank on paytm for bill payment of torrent electucity board so wen transactiosn declined they deducted my money and wen i went branch and even called tollfree they didnt took my complain and even said me we dnt have any details about it was said to me on callcentre please helo me out.on 31stdate see 2transactions of 4800so total 9600
