Dear Sir / Madam,
We (Vamsi Preetham and Family) has purchased Eureka Forbes Air purifier on 21 / 11 / 2016.
Sales Order No 134089467 Date 20 / 11 / 2016
Ship-to Party Code 6000406812
I logged a complaint on June 2017, Complaint no are : 2003371033, 2003371036, 2003371171
over phone I was informed within 1 month it will be resolved. (IT WAS NOT RESOLVED AS ON DATE ALSO I.E 31.10.2017)
Later again on 5th October 2017, i have raised a complaint 2004973242
and 2004687104 on 13th September
As on date (i.e. 31.10.2017), all the complaints are unresolved.
Kindly do the needful and advise me the next step please.
