Recently I had purchased a black trouser from Park Avenue store in Borivali West
(Shimpoli). After using it for a week, the product developed bubbles on the fabric and also small threads started giving way. After contacting the store, I informed them about the same issue and the faulty product was taken from me. After 20 days or so I was informed that the product wasnt defective and it was my mistake.
I normally use the trousers for more than 2 years but the fabric hasn't given way the way this has behaved. This has been the most pathetic service I have ever come across. The way the customer service has replied, it is a sorry state of affairs of handling a customer like this.This is not how a customer is treated.
Post the same i had also dropped an email to the consumer cell forum but they paid no heed to the complain.
I would request the consumer redressal form to help me out.
