Dear Sir/ Ma'am,

I have purchased from Corma TV from Croma Store, very soon after purchase of TV I have started making complain about the TV but non of time any issue has been resolved by them. Recently I'm trying to get the replacement of my remote which key feature of smart TV,its over 2 month now they are saying they dont have in stock!! which is quit surprising that OEM it self saying spare are out stock, my question than why they have charges for warranty!! it was promise if issue hasn't been resolved we will get replacement. Please ask them to either refund money or replace TV immediately. Croma has all my complain and track with my Mobile number 7710816366.
