Complaint Details
With reference to your last discussion with Mr.Rangaraj D - Group Customer Service Specialist to whom I have described in detail about my compliant lodged on 12 August 2017 (Service Request 2004241908) regarding "Display of Red Color Light in the Machine" which was not rectified nor resolved by your technician namely R. Jaganathan. Then, later the same issue was highlighted through your feedback system for about 4 times ( Service Request No.: 2004255509, 2005088101, 2005113857, 2005128393,) and 2 times through Customer Care Service ( Service Request No.: 2005253731, 2005267955) despite it wouldn't be resolved. Finally, I have approached Mr. Rangaraj D to find solution for this compliant and also requested him to visit my machine to ratify & resolve. In this subject matter, he had also made assurance to replace filter my Machine namely Dr. Aquaguard Magna HD RO+UV (Next) which was in Warranty period. But, now received SMS that problem was resolved by no means communication nor phone call to me. Therefore, kindly make necessary arrangement to repair / resolve the issue permanently in order to appreciate & solicitate your Eureka Forbes customer care service. I have also peruse Purchase Order No. 292035409 for your kind actions.
