I have booked a refill for cylinder on October 8th 2013 from Indane distributer, Shelly gas agency in Trivandrum and the Cylinder not delivered even after 50 days. On enquiring the distributer tells every time that the bill is not generated. This is happening for the last 6 refill requests and they are not delivering on time. Every time I have to go to the distributor and argue with them and collect from there after so many days delay. I suspect some wrong doings from the distributor on the cost of genuine customers. Please enquire and do the needful so that Me and other fellow customers get the refilled cylinders on time.
