Respected sir, I am ex-credit card holder of Royal Bank Of Scotland (RBS) my Credit Card no. 5415382403001423. I get letter from RBS on 22Nov2013 regarding my bill due. But when i closed my credit card that time i pay overall amount by cash as RBS bank says. After five to six year latter i get RBS bank letters about my pending bill.How it possible sir....? If due pending from my side why should RBS didn't send statements letter to my residential address regularly ? If RBS send statements regularly on my billing address obviously i paid amount as your RBS say. But now passed 5 to 6 years and i get letter from RBS that you have to pay due amount with charges.That means RBS fraud with credit card holders.
I feed complaints in national consumer helpline.My complaints number is 502190.
I get information by National consumer helpline officer that you can contact with RBS Nodal officer through email:nodalofficercards@rbs.com or call on 01244181818 Ext-1282
So i contact with nodal officer through Email and by Phone .I ask to him if due amount pending from my side why should you didn't send me monthly statements on my residential address between six years? Now Six years are passes and i get a letter from your bank regarding due amount.How it possible sir? So i get reply from RBS officer we Transfer your credit card and details in our phoenix arc recovery Department you can ask to phoenix officer.
So i mail to customercare.retail@phoenixarc.co.in and call on 18001208060 tollfree number.I repeated my issue to phoenix officer he told me you have to pay 8500 rupees urgently and you can call to your RBS for credit card details.
I didn't get any positive feedback from RBS and Phoenix.
Sir please help me and find out right solutions and save my excess amount..
