dear sir,
i have purchased a sony smartphone of rs24000.after 1 month it started hanging so i gave it to the service center after 10 days i got my mobile back.again in 5 6 days after reparing it started showing problem then i submitted my mobile on 21 september 2013,from that day my mobile is still there in service center when i go there then they make excuses and misbehaves,i warned them that i will go to the consumer court but they said "yess u can go anywhere".i asked them to write on the jobsheet that when they will give me mobile back,they have given me the last date i.e 30/11/2013 (today). today,i went there and asked for my mobile but again they gave me a excuses.its about 2 month and my mobile is still there. i will be soooo thankful to you if you can help me and punish them for this thing.please do something so that they can give me fine also with my mobile..please sir am very upset.
