Dear Sir
In the month of august 2013 we request to reliance service centre to act`activate 3G data plan on my no. 8882780414 of Rs. 123, but my handset is not give the proper speed of 3G, so i again request to customer care executive on 7th September 2013 to deactivate my 3G plan and he/she insure me that the plane was deactivated and confirmation massage also send. But in next bill (October bill)the rental of 3G data plane was also added, i again contact and he say that by misteck it will happened but we don't give you reversal and again insure that next month bill it does not happened, but last two month bill charge was again and again added. I was requesting so many times for the reversal and deactivation of the plane, but company charge amount in my bill.
Please help us and take necessary action against the company.
