Complaint Details
I purchased a Bosch refrigerator on Nov 17. The refrigerator was installed on my premises on 20th Nov. Ever since the date of installation there has been ice formation on the door and shelves. The Bosch service person came to repair the fridge but was not able to solve the problem. I have not heard back from then since.
