Hi,

My husband and I bought some posters online through posterduniya.com , an online portal which sells posters and knick knacks. I ordered on the 10-Nov-2013.the payment of rs 2093 was made through CCavenues(payment gateway) using my husband debit card.Please find the email below from poster duniya and confirmation of payment through CC avenues.

They promised to deliver within 5-6 but till now they havent sent or refunded the money. Around the end of 10 days after Nov 10, i called the owner Mr. Ankul Barar at his phone:9873842728 and he told me that the order has been dispatched and would call me back in 5 mins with details. After that i have received any calls, he hasnt received my call and numerous emails hasnt been responded to(Emails dated 13,18. I had to contact the CCavenue(payment gateway) and their Risk department had sent emails asking the merchant (owner Mr. Ankul Barar) to respond on 21- Nov 2013, 22,nov, 26- nov etc not to mention the numerous phone calls , I had to make several times. On Nov 26:the merchant responds through email saying(please find email below):

But so far no delivery, no refunds. I believe sir, this website is a fraud and this owner is taking money from people never to return. I tracked him down through facebook and he doesnot respond through the same..Please find link to his FB account.Please also find below a review in mouthshut from another customer.
Could you kindly help us recover the money and take strict action against this merchant from your highest authority?
Sir, I believe your esteemed judgement when it comes to fraudster and cheats and hope you will imply your highest judgment
