I Purchased Canvas HD (A116) in June 2013 and in 14th September, the 3 touch buttons stopped working. I went to Lajpatnagar, Delhi Service Centre and they told me that it will take 15 days ( Before Diwali). The phone didn't get repair for the next one month. It was a simple problem of changing the touch panel and they took ONE MONTH for it.
Next day, My phone's battery stopped working. I submitted the battery on 16th November now at Malviya Nagar, Delhi Service center (changed the service centre because of delayed service) and they promised 7 days battery replacement. Now, it has been 17 days already and every time I call them they tell me new dates. I am a student and they have harassing me for almost a month and a half. Out the 6 months of the warranty of my phone, it is submitted with them for 45 days already. Please Help. Calling on phone is not helping me.
