Hi,
I hav mobile from xolo company model name is XOLO 900.Suddenly it got dead and not working anything hence i hav noted complaint in customer care of Xolo company on tel no . 180030100104 on 26 th sept 2013(complaint number 310000115916: .they told to handover my mobile to faedex courier boy and gave me doc tracking nomber 803102618439.I hav traced the document ,handset reached at xolo Mumbai service center on 29th Sept 2013.till that day i never received any status of my mobile.I hav called then 20 times in these two moonths but still mobiile is in repairing status.i hav also sent mail to the.mail is attached for your reference.still not received any reply from company.on calling helpcenter,always get same reply that it is in repairing status and we escalated ur request to service team.Please help to resolve this issue.
