I have placed online order(No.1383392584 on
30 Oct, 2013) for Philips home theater model.Philips DSP-56U 5.1 Ch Multimedia Speakers.I have paid Rs.4319 on 14th nov.2013 and received defective and damaged product which is not working at all.Within 15 minutes I have file the complain (n.3942250)dated 14th nov.2013 at 5:37 p.m. to snapdeal company.Till today I am requesting the company for my money back or product replacement but they are not responding. Please give me justice.
