Complaint Details
In the month of May there was offer from Samsung company for Note 2 - 15 Percent cash back on any credit cards. I had taken the same phone in the month of May. I haven't received the same. I have raised complaint for the same in the month of Aug, my complaint number is 8422272394. I have been following up on the same i get to know that i will get the call back for the same by our senior person within 24hours, i havn;t received any call back. I want my cash back ASAP with interest now. Attaching an soft copy of bill for reference
