Complaint Details
I am informed by service engineer and SMS from LG that the LG Tromm washing maching is not repairable as the part is not manufactured anymore. This is for a model that is in production. Repeated calls to service engineer and service manager were futile as I was told that the part is not available. The service manager Sachin refuses to answers my calls or SMSes.
