Complaint Details
I had received call from Changethejob.com(New Delhi)on 21st Nov regarding employment opportunity . There agent had in telecon committed to me there is hidden vacancy in Mahindra and L&T company in mumbai , in which if your interested we will line up the interview in 2-3 days after payment of there charges . a) I had paid total amount of Rs 20,587 /- thru internet banking for there various services like (Resume Building , Cover letter , Professional Resume , Profile Verification) b) I have emailed them that amount collected from me was on wrong pretext , also resume which they had to deliver me in 7 days is not deliverd yet. Also cover letter send to me was having wrong information. I have mailed on info@changethejob.com them 5 times for refund , still no response is received from them. Please help , what should i do further . Your feedback on this will be appreciated to resolve this issue. Thanks in advance
