I purchased a residential plot (No.177C) in Millat colony, District & Tahsil-Ghaziabad, Gram- Loni (Chakbandi Area), Khasra No. 79, Khata No.00962, from Taj India Buildcon Pvt. Ltd (CIN NO. U45400DL2008PTC184820 & Company Registration Number is 184820)
I paid full amount including all expenses before property registration on 25th Feb 2011. As per Agreement to sell, Taj India was supposed to execute registry as well as mutation after receiving full payment but it has failed to execute mutation till now. It has been around 2 years and 9 months since registry of plot in my name but Taj India is reluctant and evading to execute mutation.
I have made several calls and mail correspondence since Feb2011 to its director Mohd Mahrajuddin Abbasi (Mob. 9810562314), but could not succeed to get Taj India to honor its commitment. I have lost several prospective buyers to sell this plot as the mutation is not in my name. This is a huge financial loss to my investment.
I want Taj India's director Mr. Mahrajuddin to fulfill his commitment and execute mutation immediately within a time frame and provide me the same as proof.
