My name is Faiz Mohideen with Idea postpaid number 8680997777 from Chennai. Yesterday unfortunately my above said number stopped working and in display it shown "NO SIM", when approached Idea store, they gave me new sim & promised the number will resume working in 2hrs. However till now it not working and display shows "SIM CARD REGISTRATION FAILED", person in Idea store keep giving pathetic reasons like server issue and call to customer care service is no use. I need my number 8680997777 to be activated immediately or i wont pay bill. I have paid Rs.1750/- for this number alone. My alternate contact number is 9176761000
