I have purchased perfume through online shopping for 3500/- IRS, confirmation attached in the file. I called Mr. Pramod about delivery date and he confirmed on 29th Nov 2013. I promptly called him on 29th evening and he confirmed that delivery will be done by 2nd December. He is still giving excuses that I am chasing with my delivery agent. Finally I sent him a mail at "pramod@thefragrance9.com"to return back my money or I have to take legal action. Upon which he got furious and told me I will reply you on mail. I don't think he will be delivering order or giving me back my money. Please support me in this.
