Hi,
I hav purchased XOLO x900 mobile on 14.10.2012.In september 2013 mobile got dead so i called customer care no.180030100104 launch a complaint on 26th sept 2013 & complaint No. in 310000115916 & phone picked from my home by Fedex Courier,they are committed to me 10-12 day for phone repair & till date (after 2 months and 9 days) my phone is not repaired.They are providing very bad service & no satisfactory answers from them.I have called in their customer care number upto 25 times but alws get an answer as handset still in a repairing status.Please help to get my rs 17,500 costing mobile ASAP.
