Complaint Details
This website is asking for me to manually send them credit card details via email in order to keep my confirmed booking "intact". In other words, they are telling me that I need to go through so much inconvenience and potential divulgence of personal information in order for their incompetent IT / Security systems to prevent credit card fraud. Suggest some other online security measures be taken instead of asking me to email them my card. The card can be checked at the airport as is the case with all airlines.
