Complaint Details
Amex cancelled my Charge and Credit Cards using completely FALSE ALLEGATIONS. When I wrote to the most senior heads of Amex, nobody replied till I filed a complaint with Banking Ombudsman. After filing the complaint with Banking Ombudsman, Amex sends me a Legal Notice - stating that they will only show me the evidence for the false accusations made against me after, they (Amex) starts court case proceedings against me. Amex did not reply to any of my emails for OVER 30 days, after cancelling my card and me asking the highest management for proof of the FALSE allegations made against me to cancel my cards. I got a Legal Notice as a response.
