I ordered a gift for my friend to be delivered on his marriage through rediff.com. The order number is 8804574. While the vendor claims that the gift has been delivered, my friend has not received the same. Complaints to the vendor customer care number are not responded to. The toll-free number given by the business is inactive and email complaints do not give any satisfactory answers.
