Complaint Details
I have purchased a refrigerator of LG from croma branch century bazaar. Bill enclosed.Ever since the fridge was purchased I am facing problems of defective piece . It's supposed to be a frost free refrigerator but there is formation of ice all over the interiors. There is lot of constant heavy noise coming from the inside back of the machine. The complaint was lodged within 1 month but the service ppl have just been passing time. They admit that this is a faulty piece and requires replacement. But there is no action.i have filed repeated complaints but in vain. I last complaint no is RPN 170921091624 as on 22.09.17 and I am also forwarding their job sheet which was prepared after inspection by their senior service team as on3.08.2017 with RNP 170803054108. Document enclosed. Please do the needful.and provide assistance for me to take the next legal step .
