Handle broken at one end
I had lodged the complaint on 6/9/2017 to ifb microwave oven 25SC4 for above referred issue. Complaint no. (Ticket no. 1000405344). Repeated contact carried out but they not resolve the issue. Even the same was address to ifb global mail. But till date complaint is not attempted since one month and still not resolved.
