Sir we booked cab on urgent basis at 8pm evening on 2,nd Nov for Vrindavan to Delhi airport for 3rd Nov but by mistake i clicked 1:30am time instead of 1:30pm, so I called customer care and asked him to change Times but he said it's not possible and against their policies
My booking I'd was
Dear Customer, your cab be for 03 Nov 17, has been booked from Vrindavan, Uttar Pradesh, India to Delhi Airport- Terminal 1 at 01:30 hrs. You will shortly receive your voucher from MakeMyTrip.

It was really painful to loose all amounts 3273 in second
We were 6 person with an Infant child of 8months old baby
So we again booked cab with other number and email
At 1:30pm Innova
We had booked flight from Delhi to Pune on 4th November time 9:15 departure by Indigo 6E 635

So 1:30 was the perfect time to reach airport

Next we were waiting for the cab, but we didn't received any details from make my trip regarding driver or cab
So we called customer care, she said she will check and let me know
I said see Delhi has lot of traffic issues, it will be difficult for us to reach airport on time
As we are 2 Ladies with 2 young girls and one Infant it will be difficult
But she just said she will check and confirm finally after2:15pm I received SMS from Make my trip driver's number, I called driver he was so arrogant he said don't call me instead call make my trip I am not going to drop you
Time was flying and we were very nervous and customer care executive was not at all supportive, finally after 45.minutes she informed us we are sorry please look for another option we will refund your cab amount
We are outsider's and we enquired with local cab services but everyone was providing vehicle only after 3pm which was too late for us
Then again I spoken to customer executive she said madam I can provide you only after 3
I said it's fine you provide me anytime but if we 6 miss our flight because of your faults are you going to compensate
She said no but we will pay double cab amount
Which was very irresponsible reply by Make my Trip
I was really shocked
She asked me to talk to her Seniors
But again she was also like only wanted to close the case asap
So finally it was too late we have to request Ashram Manager, he hired vehicle for us, but once we reached Faridabad, there was already traffic jam, so we have to stop the journey and go for metro carrying heavy luggage running from one metro to another metro, already time was 8:30pm
, Icalled indigo customer care but he said we need to reach on time or the gates will be closed
It was such a traumatic Journey carrying a baby of 8months and luggage
We reached airport at 9:10pm
We thought there is no chance to catch flight
But after a painful journey from vrindavan to Delhi airport, It was God's Mercy flight got delayed by 45minutes and we were able to Board the flight
It's really shocking and painful to see reputed organization like Make my trip is not at all consumer friendly
Please take strict action against such companies whose terms and conditions are only one sided
We all had very painful Journey with Make my trip and our baby got diarrhea ,he is on medication
It was such traumatic Journey
I need all my refunds and please punish make my trip people so that this should not happen to anyone
And am shocked to receive messages from Make my trip
How was journey from Vrindavan to Delhi airport please rate us
They are such a shameless people
Consumer should have a proper rights so that company like Make my trip shouldn't cheat us
