y registered Phone no. is 9899979769. I moved in at Vasundhara enclave nest on 6th Nov at 8:00 pm. I was told by the sales manager that the room is good and everything is up to the mark.

When I entered the room there were three people who came to help me move in. They didn't even clean the dust on the bed and covered it with the bedsheet. The room was damn dirty even a slum would have been better than this.

There was a broken toilet sheet on the commode, very dirty and no jet or handhold tap was there. the drainage pipe from the washbasin was missing and all the dirty water was sprinkling over the bathroom floor. The geyser was not working and there was wall damp everywhere and the wooden floor was tamper because of the water.

The sofa and dining table was missing from the hall and kitchen was dirty like hell.

The mosquitos didn't let me sleep even for an hour. It was a nightmare for me.

I want a complete refund as I shouldn't be charged for 2 hours with such a horrific experience.
