Hi

I am Jignesh Lapasiya from Mumbai - I have booked the Ticket from Kolkata - Mumbai on 06th November 2017 with PNR - EOXVIS

when i reach airport at 7.00 pm as my flight was on 9.15 pm (i have taken a boarding pass and webt to security chek - after this when i saw on screen I come to know flight is delayed by 2 hrs but till that time i have not updated via call / SMS / Email from jet airways regarding delayed - after sum time again saw on screen flight delayed by more 2 hrs - means flight was take off on 1.45 am but still jet airways staff was not sure about prefect time. they suggested me for the rescheduled - i said ok - they have given me the next flight on 5.00 p,m next day (7th Nov as per there choice ) i have requested before that time but they said its full. they have given me new ticket only - no hotel accommodation or no food (this is bad thing from you) . I have paid from my pocket.

Next day when again i came to airport I come to know the new flight which was given forcefully by jet airways its is again delayed by 2 hrs . when i aksed for manager to give me the solution he is raised his hand and say sorry we cant help you for any thing you have to bare with our terms

just wanted to know - are we fool to travel by jet airways - jet airways is harrsing me from last 9 to 1 hrs without any service (which i have paid from my pocket) even they are not ready to shift to other airlines . and the rudness talk from Mr. Savio (may be correct name?) manager which was very bad, i have asked jet airways to connect me on twitter - they have not done any thing @!!!

if the passenger late by 5 minuted you people never allow and cancle our ticket and ask us to get new ticket with very high price!!! here jet airways late by more than 6 to 7 hours why we are not getting any compassion from jet airways ???????????
