This is a complaint against Mohali based company named NB Healthcare Pvt. Ltd., having its Registered Office at Plot No. 966, JLPL Industrial Park, Sector-82, Airport Road, Mohali,160062 Mr. C.K Singla is CEO of the company
In the month of June 2017(1/06/2017) I placed an order of medicines worth Rs.57000/- with the company and paid the full amount via check on 5th June 2017. After receiving the payment the company assured that they would despatch the products at the earliest.
After a week when I did not receive any intimation from the company’s end I called them and they told me that the products would be despatched within a day or two. But even after two days there was no sign of either the products or any intimation from their side. They did not even send a mail stating the reason for delay in despatching the products. Kindly note that I have all the necessary documents in support of my claim.
I made numerous phone calls to the CEO of the company, but he would not reply my calls. I wrote mails asking them why they were not despatching the products. Gradually everyday this became a routing follow up with the company. But that was not producing any results. I also wrote mails stating, what they were doing is fraud and cheating and legal action would be taken against the company. But they would not respond nor show any concern. I was amazed to see their attitude; probably they do not have any fear for the law for their wrong doing. Most importantly they do not respond my mails.
I am a middle class person running a small medicine shop, and since I did not receive those medicines from NB Healthcare Pvt Ltd, I lost a order worth Rs.5 lakhs. I am going through lot of mental pressure, and my reputation is damaged.
I hereby, request you, to help me solve the problem against the aforesaid company & get my hard earned money refunded with compensation.
