Complaint Details
Its been last consecutive 3 months I am charged extra in the airtel bill. I am charged extra for net usage whereas I use in limit. I have to always call customer care to inform them about my wrong bill. The customer care tells me to pay amount reducing the wrongly charged amount. After paying also I get messages from airtel that my balance amount is due. Again I have to call customer care to waive my amount. I was told by customer care that there is technical issue and that is why I am charged extra. But this issue is from September. My billing period is from 5th October to 4th November and for this billing period again I am charged extra for net pack and also Rs. 10 charged for late payment. I have paid my last date on exact due date i.e. October 24, 2017.So this time I am charged extra Rs. 147 and Rs. 100 for late payment. This is the strategy of airtel to earn more. If there was technical issue I think by in three months time they should have resolved. I am checking my bill but so many customers must have blindly paid the wrong amount and Airtel would have enjoyed extra amount. Every month I am fed up calling customer care and repeat the same history.
Please look into this matter and take necessary action
