Complaint Details
I had purchased a four door wardrobe from pepperfry in jan 2017 and within 6 months the wardrobe has started falling apart..door handles broken, channels of drawers are not working...made a complaint to pepperfry through their website giving details of the damage and pic of damaged furniture...got response on 28.10.19 that return is being initiated...nothing happened for ext 10 days...contacted again today on their customer care number where i was told that the concerned is not available and shall talk to me in the evening..just received a mail from pepperfry that they cannot help me in any way and termed the bad quality as damage due to wear and tear...asked me to get it rectified through local contacts...i am feeling cheated now and do not know what to do now...putting up my complaint on this platform to get some suggestions from anyone how to deal with this situation now and get back my money..
