Respected sir,

My name is Deepanshu Bharija from Gurgaon Haryana, I have been victim of an Insurance policy of HDFC LIFE miss- sold case and victim of FRAUD Agents Who crooked me. i have been victim of fraud & Misbehaved By the HDFC Life People.

My Detail complaint is as below .

Before 1-2 month A Man namely ( Sanjay Sharma [ Cell no 9555771304, 9821051705 ], called me up and introduced Himself as HDFC Life Agent. & told me about SUPER INCOME PLAN with good benefits. According to ​ Mr. Sanjay Sharma(Hdfc Life Agent) in ​
this policy, I will get below Benefits.

1- I need to pay 30,000 per year for 1-8 yrs.
2- After Completing 8th yrs ,I will get money back from 9th to 16th year amount of Rs 21,900 per year means - 21900*8= 175200 INR
3- After Completing 16th year I will get 3,86,172 as a maturity amount.
4 - He said that also , IF U take this Policy With in 1-2 days HDFC will give you a complimentary plan called - New Indiate Immunity plan (Pension plan). under this I will get Annually pension of Rs. 24242 which will be start from After 17th year to life time.
5 - If you want to cancel this policy due to some doubt you can cancel this poilcy with in 1 month. I will get back my refund with in 7-8 working days in my bank account.

After hearing ​all above benefits ​
About This Policy of Super Income plan + new indiate Immunity plan, I Got convinced & i decided to take this policy​.
I ​handovered
all my documents ​along with cheque of Rs.30000/- ​
to him​ through his representative Mr.​ Ravi Kumar
Dated - 15 sep 17​.

​I got
verification ​call after 2-3 days from

HDFC Life​ ​
and again they confirmed me all above benefits I've call recording with me and i've attached in this mail​.​

Dated - 28th sep 17 when i receive this policy BOND there is not mentioned any benefits what ever they told me on call. Benefits Mentioned on Policy As below.

1 - We will received Sum Assured on maturity Amount of Rs- 174506 +200000 = 386172 Only

When i called him for this that not even a single thing mentioned on this BOND he Replied that this is not BOND this is just a WELCOME KIT only. Your BOND will received after 1 week. so everything will be mentioned on that BOND.

I have tried calling him on daily basis regarding my BOND But every day he said that i will send it tomorrow, on the way, you will receive today,you will received Tomorrow. this kind of statement i received by him. After So many follow up done by me but same answer given by him -( 28th sep to 20th oct ). - courier dept. call recording - SHARED IN MAIL

They fooled me only to complete policy free look period what i think now...

After that when I was trying calling him again but he was not picking my call & when he picked up then started abusing me & misbehaved with me. & not giving me the resolution after selling the policy.

After That i Have decided to go HDFC LIFE Sec 15 Branch for confirmation and explained my story . they told me that this is clear case of miss sell policy & You need to file written Complaint . As per their guidance i filled written complaint which had all the details. But When i asked about cancellation & refund of 1 st Premium which i already paid they replied that we are not authorized to do the cancellation because cancellation timing are for 15 days ( Free lookup Period) but your free lookup period already crossed, & we can not cancel the policy,but the agent told me on call that i can cancel the policy with in a month, but HDFC LIFE branch staff are not supporting me in this. TWO different statements received by HDFC agent- sanjay sharma & HDFC branch staff , How can we trust to HDFC life & they told me for payment regarding you need to filled a complaint & Send it to escalation Department. they will revert back to you with in 14 days. After 14 days escalation department have sent a mail with no resolution & no more information. ( HDFC & escalation dept. response mail attahced ) Again I Visited HDFC LIFE Branch - Dated 11-8-17. & They Replied We can not help you out & Not able to refund you as well , IF u want to take legal action against us You Can take the Action. But we Can not help You and we can not Refund the same.

BUT I need my​ money​
refund back from HDFC LIFE​ & don't want to continue this policy​
. So ​
I request​
you please get me justice & get my money bank from HDFC LIfe Amount of Rs. 30000.

Please do something and get me justice and save ​
others
from being fraud by those agents by taking strict actions against them.

Looking forward to some action inquiry against Fraud Case of Policy Missell BY HDFC LIFE .

I will Highly appreciate To you if I will get my Money Back from HDFC LIFE. ​​
