i have been charged for additional add on for recording without my consent for last 2.5 years. complaint raised but not resolved.Even they did not provided my consent for charging amount.Also provided service of uninstallation and installation and charged R.900/- for same. However not ready to provide receipt for the same. as per GST act.2017 every registered service provider has to provide invoice cum receipt for the services provided to the consumers. As receipt is not provided and money collected in cash only. it is very clear that such a reputed company is evading Tax of Govt.my consumer D2H ID is :129435194.
