My sons membership no.ZYVW7354 by mistake we had clicked astro compatibility instead of e value several times we contacted Jeevansathi from sunday 5thNov2017 till today there is no response we require a remedy immediately by transferring the amt of Rs.1200/= from astro to e value we have sent our request to help@ jeevansathi.com also to kanika.tanwar@jeevansathi.com and also to complaint@jeevansathi.com but till know no remedy has been done.There is irresponsible answer My reference nos are 456053 and 458716
