Complaint Details
We have send Diwali dry snacks to my daughter in USA.It was assured that it will reach within 3 days but it received after 7 days and some of perishable item spoiled.It was known by company that perishable item should be shrink wrap but it was not told us so we have suffered heavy financial losses and mental agony and we send claim of about Rs 16000/- but company refused to pay stating that due to heavy load in Diwali vacation and non availability of fight connection it is obvious delay of parcel. If company knows that non shrink perishable item may be offloaded then they would have removed it before shipment
