I have moved to international assignment and have stopped using Photon device(NO: 9282166850) also raised request to close the account on 10th Mar 2017 - ticket- 571098365.
Not sure why i have receiving continues outstanding bills for unused device???
After then i received leagal Notice for unpaid bill which i did not used. Even then i paid and responded with in the period for my account closuer to 'TATADOCOMOTN LegalCell' But is did not get any response.
Now i am receving next month bill which is unused bill for me.
This is affected me a lot and i am very concerned about the customer service provided for this Photon device.
I didn't received any update from customers support timely manner Anyhow i have paid the said amount and attached the screen shot.
There are no international customer support numbers available. If any mail sent to listen@tatadocomo no response!!!!.
If i call local service provider no response!!!!.
Called Dhelhi, Chennai kandanchavadi branch no answer. Request you to Look for improvements in service provided to customer.
I have not been communicated via mail except this last legal mail.
If first or second communication would have initiated via mail i didn't even wasted my timing by trying all above options and no nedled of this legal notice.
I will definitely blame very worst & poor customer service had very bad customer experience.
I would like to take some action to close my account and get help to get rid of this problem.
Already i have paid multiple times for the bills which is not used by me.
