Complaint Details
Lava customer care has refused to repair my LAVA ARC Blue mobile even it is in Guaranty/ Warranty period.
Right from beginning, there is a network problem/ some hardware issue in the mobile.
Approached service center 2 times reg. resolving that issue. They tried but failed to rectify the issue.
When third time, I approached service center they informed me that they have found liquid damage in the device and now mobile is out of warranty and repair will be done on chargeable basis.
I have to say that the problem in my set is not new. It persists right from beginning. I have already submitted 2 times in the servicing center. But they have not rectified the problem.
