I am Facing dashboard noise issue in my ford aspire car , bought it on 18/022017.This defect is from the day since I bought this car and after few days I notice it and reported same to dealer (pearl ford karnal), and they ask me to raise my concern on my car's first service as I am working in noida and could take my car to pearl ford karnal (200 km from noida) to get it resolved.
So I raise my concern on my car's first service in gautam budh ford noida and issue was not resolved that time (team could not find the root cause) so I raise my concern again on 2nd service in gautam budh ford noida and since then I have visited gautam budh ford noida many times but issue is not resolved completely. Also I had registered many complaints with ford india pvt ltd and they send ford engineer to rectify the issue but issue could not be resolved. I can scan and provide other documents if required .
