YU YUREKA 2 Phone went dead within a month of buying.
Jobsheet# 2122374-1017-30447401 - Model YU5551 - given for repair on 23-Oct-2017
Service center folks are unprofessional and lying frequently.They dont have any idea when I will get my phone back.

I called multiple time on Micromax service centre on 18605008286 as well wrote about my problem on micare.micromaxinfo.com but everytime I got standard response - Phone will be repaired within next five day.

I am finally looking for Customer Complain Forum to help as Micromax Company does not care for its customers anymore.


I Still dont know when I will get my phone back!!!
