Complaint Details
I was never informed about the tata sky hd channels would be charged after the first month. Also I confirmed with their customer care before completing a month and git my package changed and confirmed the price i have to pay every month. Its not even a month and they are deactivating my account now after just 21 days. They are bloody cheaters and fraud because they never informed and charged directly. I have to face the consequences for their mistakes.
