I hold an HDFC Bank credit card, and I also hold a Salary account with the same bank.
Due to bad financial conditions, I was not able to make credit card payments for 2 months.
Now the bank has directly tapped into my Salary account, and although there is no money on it. It shows a balance of -90000.

When I call the customer care about I willing to make a payment of 16000 as the card shows -4000 as credit balance. They say I have to make the payment in full. I do not have any money and they are unwilling to help.

I hold the account now for 6 years, but am seriously going to consider changing it.
