I purchased the Superb RO of Aquaguard from Vijay Sales in Jan 2017 & after 10 months thre was a genuine need to change the filter so I called the Customer care for service. The technician visit the machine & change all the filters & sold the AMC but on the same day the machine leaked & again I called the customer care by seeing the urgency they took 2 days to visit which is absolutely frustrated & when the technician visit he said that all the joints was not fixed properly as well as the joints of the body was broken. After the argument with him that there technician opened the machine first time & I didn't get it serviced from any where he took the machine with him & since then (31st Oct 2017)I didn't receive any update whenever I called the customer care no. 9654406221 & 8377876203 they just hanged up & after some time they disconnect the phone.
I am very much frustrated & mentally disturbed hence need a solution for the 3rd class service.
