My name is Dr Sam Koruth.I am from kochi. I have booked a flight from Cochin to Sharjah on 31-12-2017 for 4 people .But I got a message yesterday saying my flight is cancelled and it’s preponed in 30-12-2017. Since I am not available on 30-12-2017 in kochi because of a surgery in Jaipur I won’t be able to attend the flight on 30th. I have an Air India flight on 30 th afternoon from Jaipur to kochi, If you can provide me a ticket from Jaipur to kochi I will be able to attend the flight . See I contacted the customer care and they have been so rude saying you cancel the flight and book another one or go on 1st it seems .please consider my situation .Because of the change in flight I will have to cancel my Air India flight and re book another flight and I will be at so much of loss.why should I bear the loss when you have changed the flight.so please consider my

I am fed up of calling customer care and asking me to wait for 2 hours ,yest I held the phone for 2 hours .That is why I am sending a mail.please consider my situation
