My name is Pradeep I have taken the bog bazaar profit club membership 92203959180968 by paying 10K at Hinjewadi Pune branch , immediately after receiving the card, I got to know the sales guy was lying about the offers, later thought to cancel it, but the sales manager started saying cancellation can be done after 24hrs, I have handed over the cancellation cheque and card at Big Bazaar Phoenix market city white field branch Bangalore on 05-09-2017, till I haven't received the refund back. I have been calling the customer care and they are closing the ticket without my notice.

Please consider this request on priority and help me to get the refund.
