Complaint Details
My name is Gagan Jolly and I am elder brother of Gaurav Jolly.

The Policy no.18943362 is on the name of Gaurav Jolly , who passed away on 2nd April'17.

I have registered claim on 24/04/2017 at HDFC Life Noida Sec-18 branch along with claim form and all supporting documents and cancelled cheques. Claimants are Mr. Ashok Jolly(Father) & Mrs. Sushma Jolly(Mother)

It's been 5 and a half months, since I have registered the claim and following up on the status of claim.

HDFC Life demands for documents after months interval time & they are not providing consolidated list of all required documents in one time.

We have received complaint acknowledgment letter on 25th Oct'17 from Greviance cell that resolution will be given in 14 days. But no resolution yet.
