Mahanagar Gas Limited (the Company) has a rule of providing PNG connection for residential flats in Gasified Buildings within 90 days from the date of application.

Till date (i.e. since 140 days) neither any procedure nor communication is being received by us from the Company's side.

We have duly paid the application fees of INR 6,500/- on 27th June, 2017. The Company is using our application money since all these days. This is a case of siphoning of public's money.

On calling the customer care several times, the executives literally beg us to wait for some more time. They keep on saying that they have not received any comment or status from the back end office. These executives are completely useless fellows. They neither have proper knowledge nor they are given any proper training to handle the clients.

We are completely helpless. We cannot even cook food at our place since there is no connection of cooking gas.

I demand following:
1. My PNG connection!
2. Interest on my application money from 27th September, 2017 till date and also for future days till we donot get our PNG connection!

Shame to say that this is a Government Company.
