With reference to your complain we wish to inform you that MakeMyTrip is the platform to book Air ticket the airline operation is beyond the control of Make my trip. The changes done in the booking was at the last minute and all the expenses incurred due to the change need to be co -ordinated directly with the airline.

AI216 was dramatically Cancelled/ delayed then after & we lost Onward Journey connections to our destination.This resulted cash loss of Rs 15000 + Harassment to reach to our destination.
Pl arrange refund of this claim ASAP
