Dear All,

Customer Service has reached to new heights of pathetic benchmark. My Complaint # 2005178387 pending since Dated 22/10/2017 has not been resolved even for calling back to back on your customer care number. We have been using different products of your company for more than an decade and never faced such problem. But now it seems like your company is not interested in customer service or not capable of handling the increased volume of customers.

Every time assurance given will be resolved by today itself. However situation remains the same. We have not purchased your RO machine to keep it as show piece and display it for advertisement purpose in our house for visitors. Your related field technician every time calls and says that will reach in next hour, but his one hours never happens. Moreover stupid and unbelievable reason given over the phone that company is facing staff shortage as your company is under process of sale / acquisition from some big industry giant.

You yourself think about the evaluation and monitoring process for customer complain resolution in your organisation. That complain is pending not closed since 22nd Oct 2017 and hardly any once among the entire customer service unit has noticed it, really it’s a wonder or carelessness. Person at ground level are relaxing and seniors and superiors are hatching their cushioned chairs in centralised AC cabins. Rest Customer is suffering….

Hope this email works as an alarm for you guys to wake up from prolonged sleep and my seniors citizen parents (alone) at the home town can get resolution at ground level.
